Bruce Carroll Frank, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at his home in Sedro-Woolley, WA.
He was born December 29, 1927 in Draper, Wisconsin, the son of Willis and Corda Butler Frank.
Bruce grew up in the Toppenish, WA area attending school and graduated from Toppenish High School in 1946 and he later served with the US Air Force for two years. After his military service, he worked for Del Monte Can Corporation as a quality control technician for 33 years. For the past 8 years, he has resided in Sedro-Woolley.
Bruce enjoyed hunting and fishing, wood working, working in his garden, caring for his roses, but most of all he loved the outdoors.
He is survived by his life mate Evelyn Tunell of Sedro-Woolley. 3 sons, Bryce Frank of Ventura, CA, Randy Frank and his wife Shawna of Toppenish, WA and Riley Frank and his wife Kathy of Bonney Lake, WA and a daughter Ru-Chene Lake and her husband James of Olympia, WA.
2 grandchildren, Lilli Lake and Kelsey Frank.
Step-son, Leo Doolin and his wife Evelyn of Union Gap, WA. 2 step- grandchildren, Jeanne Doolin and Susie Dorman and 2 step-great- grandchildren, Melissa and Patrick Kelly. Numerous nieces and nephews. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Zora Wade, a son Sterling, 3 brothers, Chuck Cleland, and Vernon, and a sister, Opal.
A Family Gathering to celebrate his life will be Friday, March 31, 2006 at 1:00 PM at the Family Home in Sedro-Woolley.
