Donda Florene Duncan, 87, passed away on December 15, 2014 in Anacortes, WA.  She was born in Oklahoma City, OK January 4, 1927 to Edgar and Velva (Stith) Duncan.

    In 1935 the family moved to California where she resided until 1960 when she moved to the Skagit Valley, living in Clear Lake and Anacortes.  She left the Skagit Valley in 1975 living in California, Nebraska and Idaho until returning in 1999.

    Donda always cared for and loved her children as well as her pets, those lucky dogs!  She was a nurse’s assistant and worked hard her entire life.  She loved the outdoors, barbeques and family.  She will be deeply missed by her son, Steven Robinson, Daughter Kathleen Rietman and long-time friend, Vicky as well as many other friends.

    Special thanks to San Juan Rehab and Care Center in Anacortes and all the folks who took such good care of her.
