He was a member of the Skagit Valley Grange #620 and the Burlington Northern Veterans Association. He was also a Life Member of the Sedro-Woolley Alumni and Schools Foundation.

A lifetime of memories, a photo of George gazing up in the dream theater ticket booth in sedro woolley says it all. George really loved theater. I enjoyed going to seattle to see Annie. The circus. The dinner. I still have my Cinderella watch. The excitement when the caddy came in the driveway ment George was home from the big city. City kitty who will remain legendary. Rest now, you are higher than your office in the Columbia tower. Love Marilyn and Gerald Chandler
