Glen R. Bradley, 80, a resident of Punkin Center near Hamilton, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2008 at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley.
Glen was born on April 21, 1928 in Seattle, Washington, the son of Walter & Margaret Clark Bradley.
He was raised and attended in school in south Seattle. After completing his education he worked for N.O.A.A. for several years until going to work for Boeing in the early 1950’s. Glen worked mostly as a riveter and a drill press operator during his 34 years of service for Boeing.
On May 4, 1990 Glen was united in marriage to Donna Stephens in Boise, Idaho and they made their home in Woodinville where Glen had made his home for many years. He retired from Boeing in 1991 and he and Donna moved to Hamilton where they have made their home for the past 17 years.
Glen loved singing karaoke, playing darts and pool and fishing.
He was a member of the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers Union #751..
He is survived by his wife, Donna at the family home at Punkin Center. His son, Jim Bradley and his wife, Marva of Auburn, WA; 2 grandsons, Jeff & Scott Bradley and a brother, Gary Bradley and his wife, Patti of Kent, WA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley.
