Helene had sporting talent of her own; being an outstanding baseball player she traveled extensively with her team. She also played woman’s tackle football for charity fund raising.
During these years she worked hand-in-hand with Mike founding a successful family business’AABCO Barricade and sign, manufacturing hiway construction safety barricades.
Helene loved to travel; she enjoyed everything from camping to luxury cruises, especially going to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with her daughter Lindi, who passed away in 2005.
