James R. Frank, 60, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at his home in Lyman, WA with his family at his side. He was born September 27, 1945 in Mansfield, Ohio, the son of Ray and Mary Frontz Frank.
James was a resident of Skagit County for the past 4 years coming here from Ohio where he resided for most of his life.
He worked as a laborer-painter for various factories in Ohio. James enjoyed fishing, hunting, card games, and watching football.
He is survived by his children; Beth Frank-Garvin of Lyman, Jim Frank of Sedro-Woolley, and Dawn Frank-Whitten of Lyman and 12 grandchildren. His brothers and sisters, John Patrick Kelser of Norwood, MN, Linda McGinty of Loudonville, OH, David Earl Frank of Warsaw, IN, and Pamela Kay Bennett of Newton Falls, OH. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Millie in 1992.
Graveside Services will be Monday, January 9, 2006 at 2:00PM at the Lyman Cemetery with Pastor Lee Johnson of the Hamilton Community Church officiating. Memorials are suggested to Skagit Hospice. Arrangements and Services under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
