John W. Anderson, age 50, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2007 at a care center in Conroe, Texas. He was born June 1, 1956 in Corona, California, the son of Donald and Dorothy Boyer Anderson.
John was a resident of Willis, Texas for the past 16 months and was a former longtime resident of Mount Vernon and Skagit County. He worked as a truck driver for Marten Transport. John was married to Cindy Todd on December 24, 2006 in Willis, Texas. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a member of the Sons of Texas Motorcycle Group.
John is survived by his wife Cindy of the family home in Willis, TX. A daughter, Amy Anderson-Bowers and her husband Mike of Colorado Springs, CO and a son, Ryan Anderson. His mother, Dorothy M. Boyer of Missouri and two brothers, Guy Anderson of Burlington and Dennis Anderson of Missouri. 2 grandsons, Kai Anderson and Gage Bowers. 4 step-sons, Caleb and Travis Newman of Willis, TX, Brian Alexander of LaMarque, TX and Bruce Alexander of Orange, TX.
Graveside Services will be Saturday, March 31, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Hamilton Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lemley Chapel. Arrangements and Services under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
