Joshua Jay Wilbur, 23, a Lummi & Upper Skagit Indian Tribe member, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 30, 2006 at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon.
He was born on January 8, 1983 in Seattle, the son of Gary Wilbur, Sr. Ada Cooper.
He has made his home in Whatcom County where he was raised and attended Birchwood grade school.
Joshua was a laborer in the commercial fishing industry by trade and also enjoyed sport fishing & hunting. He also enjoyed playing basketball & baseball.
He is survived by his children, Joshua Gary Wilbur-Henry and Loralei Margene Wilbur-Henry. His mother, Ada Cooper and father, Gary L. Wilbur, Sr. His twin brother, Joseph Jerome Wilbur, brothers, Reynold Cooper, Joseph Wilbur, Allen Revey, Jason Sands, Kevin Galler,
