Mrs Bullard and family,
I am so sorry to read of your loss. I didn’t know Mr Bullard very well, but I know my Grandparents (Jim and Mary Perotti) thought a lot of him

Lowal was a fighter to the very end. He will be missed in this world where there are few men who set such a wonderful example by his behavior and actions. He will be missed greatly by his family I know
