MONICA ROSEANNE CHASE, 18, a lifelong resident of Sedro-Woolley passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, the tragic result of an automobile accident near Hamilton.
She was born on September 28, 1988, the daughter of Gregory & Tracy Morse Chase. She made her home in Sedro-Woolley and attended Sedro-Woolley High School and the State Street Alternative School.
Monica had worked as a secretary for Sound Ocean Metal Fabricators in Sedro-Woolley.
As a young girl, she enjoyed playing Little League Baseball and in recent years enjoyed snowmobiling with her family and friends.
Monica is survived by her parents, Tracy & Sam Manno of Sedro-Woolley. Her father, Greg Chase of Skagit County, a half-sister, Amber and a half-brother, Chad. Her maternal grandparents, Judith Morse of Mount Vernon and Robert Morse of Silverdale, WA. Her paternal grandparents, Judy Chase of Anacortes and Glenn Chase of Sedro-Woolley and several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and her family in heart. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Les & Gladys Talbert and Verlyne ‘Nanny’ Bosma.
A Life Celebration will be held on Monday, November 13, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Lemley Chapel in Sedro-Woolley with Bishop Sterling Chord of Anacortes officiating.
Visitation available Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday by appointment at Lemley Chapel. A Memorial Fund in Monica’s name has been established at any branch of Bank of America.
