Paul W. Schnider, 64, a life time resident of Sedro-Woolley passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving wife and children.
He was born on August 20, 1949 in Sedro-Woolley, the son of Theodore and Gwendolyn Schnider.
Paul went to S.W.H.S and graduated in 1967. Later he served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1971, and continued in the reserves until honorably discharged in 1975.
In 1972 Paul met and fell in love with Linda Harris, and on June 8, 1979 they were married.
Paul worked for Skagit Corp. until they closed in 1987, then for Texaco until he retired in 1995.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Schnider; sons, Kevin Schnider, Robert McAdow; daughters, Nancy McAdow, Teresa Harris; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Erwin Schnider; sisters, Barbara Bartlett, and Janis Schnider.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Glen “Putters” Schnider; grandson, Travis Slater; and mother-in-law, Bertie Mae Harris.
