    Hi Peter,

I wanted to send my condolences in the passing of your mom. I have many memories of her coming up to my house on Barker Pass Rd to clean and visit with my mom. I remember you and I hanging out a bit in the Cleveland School days riding BMX bikes. Hope things are well. Washington is a beautiful place.

    Take Care
