Phillip enjoyed leisure time hunting and fishing and spending time with family and friends. After retirement more time was enjoyed doing yard work at his home in Bremerton.
Phillip is survived by his brother, Donald Urness (Mary Ann) of Fargo, ND; sister, Marion Taxdahl-Puckett (Dean) of Sedro-Woolley, WA; nephews, Steven Urness of Valley City, ND and Allen Taxdahl (Kim) of Sedro-Woolley, WA and niece, Sherry Fox (Tim) of Lake Havasu City, AZ; He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Ronald Taxdahl.
A Thank You to all his friends at Country Meadow Village for the care and concern over the past 4 years, keeping him active with many interesting activities and friends to enjoy them with was most appreciated.
