Robert C. Hardin, age 87, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at Birch View Memory Care in Sedro-Woolley, WA. He was born August 18, 1919 in Maize, Mississippi, the son of Robert and Sebia Hardin.
Robert served with the US Army during WWII and after the war, he married Sena Kahn in August of 1946.
Robert was a resident of Sedro-Woolley for the past 20 years, formally residing in Madera and Clovis, California. He was a heavy equipment operator and enjoyed fishing and CB radio’s.
He is survived by his wife Sena of Sedro-Woolley. 3 children, Robert L. Hardin and his wife Jackie of Augusta, KS, Aleta Perkins and her husband Ace of Auburn, WA, and William Hardin and his wife Tie of Arlington, WA. 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and numerous step-grandchildren. A brother, Harold Hardin of Columbus, MS and 6 sisters, Joyce Ferris, Bessie LaForce, and Linda Draifey all of Orange Park, FL, Shirley Jones of Lacey, WA, Georgia Anker of Las Vegas, NV, and Flo Berkoff of Texas. Numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Barney Hardin and a sister Eulah Bell Boyles.
Private inurnment will be at the Sedro-Woolley Union Cemetery. Arr-
