Brother Theo has been one of our congregation for many many years and we will certainly miss him. He loved to come to church at Marblemount Assembly of God and visit the Bread of Life Food Bank to enjoyed some of Becky’s soup. Our community in Marblemount has lost a wonderful person but heaven has gained a soul.
Pastor Dave will not be able to attend this Friday due to scheduled surgery on that day, however, Marblemount Assembly of God would like to hold a memorial in Marblemount for Brother Theo at a later date. We continue
to pray for the family members.

Jesus said: “I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.” (John 11:25) On one occasion, When Martha caught sight of her Master, she put into words the thought that had been tormenting her and Mary for days: “Lord, if you had been here my brother would not have died.” Still, hope and faith were not dead in Martha. She added: “And yet at present I know that as many things as you ask God for, God will give you.” Jesus immediately said something to strengthen her hope: “Your brother will rise.”—John 11:21-23; Acts 24:15; 2 Peter 3:13. Yes, the resurrection hope is a real source of comfort to those who have lost loved ones. It can be to you too! I am very sorry for your loss. May God’s Word seek to comfort you and your family. Sincerely, Meryl

Uncle Theo you were a true man of God and loved the Jesus Christ and I was so honored to call you our God Father ! I loved you with all my heart and saddened that it was time for you to go home to be with Jesus and see your mom and all your other family ! We don’t have to guess where you are we know and you are walking the streets of gold and singing in God’s choir! Love you and miss you Uncle Theo and NEVER forgotten! You were an awesome man of God and never forget when you would shake a strangers hand and tell them that God loves you brother or sister ! You never had a stranger everyone knew you where ever you went and I’ll never forget the station Wagon you had and used it for an ambulance and was so proud of it and the work you was doing to help others ! I know it says in the bible to rejoice when a love one goes home but sometimes our flesh is weak and don’t want to see you leave us ! But I know there is no more suffering and no more pain and now you have a new body and now everyone there is brothers and sisters ! Love you Uncle Theo! Go and sing in the heavenly choir ! And sing all the gospel songs !!:) Love you forever Uncle Theo and again never forgotten. Love Rebecca longworth (Self)
