My mother, Anne Moore, and Vivian were friends for many years, from the time that they worked at the Anacortes Hospital together many years ago. I got to know Vivian as well and always thought that she was such a special lady. I am sorry for your loss and she will be missed by all who got to know her. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.
