Cashe Lloyd McKay

Monday, October 18th, 2021

Cashe Lloyd McKay, 6 months old, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 in Sedro-Woolley, WA of from SIDS.  He was born on April 10, 2021 in Mount Vernon, WA, the son of Cody  McKay and Keila  Miller.

Cashe was such a happy baby who was so full of life and love. he loved everyone who he came in contact with.   His little smile and sweet giggle could light up a whole room and fill it with joy that would warm your whole heart and soul.  He loved his jolly jumper so much he wanted to walk so badly that it would frustrate him that he couldn’t, he wanted to be on the fast track by always trying to stand up.  He also loved his teething keys, teething crackers, he loved chewing on his sweet little hands and his blankets.  When feeding time came around, he wanted to do everything himself so badly that he would grab the spoon or the squeeze pouch out of my hand and try to feed himself.  Cashe was always so happy to see everyone and would greet everyone with the biggest smile that sweet little guy could give.  We love our little sweet guy and miss him so much!!  Now it’s his turn to take care of us as our sweet little guardian angel.  He will forever be loved, and we will never forget the love and joy he gave us for the short amount of time we were blessed to have with him.

Cashe is survived by his father, Cody McKay; mother, Keila Miller; sister, Hazel Miller; aunt, Trinity Miller (uncle, Anthony Nelson), Tatum Miller, Tailor Holter-Lockbeam; grandparents, Jamin Miller, Nicole Hanson, Jody Long; great-grandparents, Sue Lummer, Janice Maurice, Clara McKay and Gerald Brooks; great aunt, Jandi Miller.

He is preceded in death by his grandma, Tricia Miller; grandfather,  Gary Lloyd McKay; uncle, Mark Lloyd McKay; aunt, Shannon Brooks.

A Life Celebration for Cashe will be held from  2:00 to 5:00, on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Alger Hall, 17835 Parkview Lane Burlington, WA.   Share your memories of Cashe and sign the online guest register.

    Jodi and Clara,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. What a beautiful little boy.
I have not been getting my email,so therefore I’m not able to see any prayer notifications.

I miss not seeing you and others by not attending Church. It’s not the same just watching Pastors on TV….

I hope you are both well. Take care!
    ♥️Lee
