Ann (Annie) Marie Wright-Guddal, 53, of Mount Vernon, Washington passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon following a long illness.  She was born on September 14, 1968, in Ballard Washington, the daughter of Ernest Wright and Julie Hull.

Ann was a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.  She was the glue to many she was funny, smart, loving, sarcastic and an amazing, creative, legendary entertainer and self-taught chef.  Ann’s younger years consisted of living in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Springfield, Missouri, Seattle and Everett, Washington and a few places in between but she settled in Mount Vernon, Washington in the early 1990’s.  Ann will forever be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her and we who loved her. We will miss her and what she had to offer those she loved, forever. Rest easy Ann for He holds you now, your pain is no longer, and you are forever free.

Ann leaves behind her father, Ernest Wright (Candy) of Springfield, MO; mother, Julie Hull (Bruce) of Millcreek, WA; her children, Jonathan Guddal of Port Orchard, WA,  Lars Guddal (Kathleen) of Sedro-Woolley, WA, Jordan Raucho of Mount Vernon, WA, Kelsey Ibarra (Albert) Burlington, WA; her partner of 20+ years, Tony Garcia; his children, Morgan Barragan, Courtney Littlemore and Hunter Garcia all of Mount Vernon, WA (all of whom she called her own); siblings, Chris Wright (Tanya) of Ardmore OK, Deanna Wright  of Sedro-Woolley, WA  and Korey Wright of Springfield, MO.

I am struggling with the realization that you are not here and even though we didn’t see each other much I always knew you were around and to me it was comforting.
