I may not have been able to be with you in the physical sense for many years, honoring your wishes, but I have been by your side holding your hand in the spiritual sense with GODS’ presence and comfort in knowing that I have loved you and still love you and I am very sorry that you evidently did not feel comfortable or open to me and some of the family to reveal or inform us of your very serious and failing health condition, which evidently has included many years of suffering with cancer. I am very sorry, but there is now comfort in knowing that you are no longer in pain as GOD is holding you in his arms and now holding us that love you in HIS heart.
THANK YOU for the many years of the gift of the “GUIDEPOST” publications that you provided for me. It provided many years of solace, inspiration, and guidance and is now providing the same gift to my grandson, JEREMY LEE THOMPSON. I have followed your lead and I now provide him with the same “GUIDEPOST” publication series during his current challenges and re-learning of a NEW LIFE LANGUAGE (NEW, POSITIVE LIFE CHANGES that provide guidance which provides light and encouragement
with accounts and stories of real life situations and experiences of those “kindred spirits” that make their LIGHTED PATH IN LIFE basking in the warmth and protection of JESUS, OUR LORD AND SAVIOR. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU FOREVER AND ALWAYS. Your loving sister, ROSE

To the Family of Barb Damron:

I worked with Barb at Interwest Bank. She was such a dear person, always thinking of others. I enjoyed our time together in the workplace. And you are right, she had a million dollar smile. She will be missed.

  • Dean Stull

You were one of the most amazing examples I have had to be more Christ like in these days. I thank you for always loving me and being the mother to me you were meant to be. I will always love you and miss your smile. Your hugs, the way they comforted me when I was young. The way you would put your hands on my cheeks to get me to smile. The way you would pray for me without ceasing. I have the hope of holding onto that one day when we will be together again in glory. Dancing together again as we did when I was so young. I love you.

Barb you are in my thoughts. What a joy and gift it was to have you as a cousin, even though you were more like a big sister. I will miss you so much.

Barb was one of the loveliest ladies I ever knew or worked with. One of the things I most remember about her was her buying Bibles to give away to those she felt needed them. The World Vision mailmen were always bringing them to her desk so that she could take them home to pass them out. She deeply cared about spreading the Word of God.
