I was sorry to hear of the passing of Dallas. We first met in 7th grade. Our friendship continued through High School and graduation of our great class of 1971. We shared lots of laughs and stories during Ag. and Shop class. After moving to North Carolina in 1972, I lost touch with Dallas. I sincerely hope that he had a great life albeit somewhat short. All my sympathy to his Wife and family.

Having a friend like Dallas for more than 50 years, has been entertaining. While I was out of the area, it was often years between visits. Yet, it always seemed just like yesterday since we had last time we spoke. Knowing Dallas was to know how much he enjoyed his family. From construction people you would find out Dallas was one of the only drivers to be capable of backing a Cement truck into and out of areas, that only a volkswagon should have gone. Dallas will be missed for many reasons, but for me, it is the loss of a friend.

Praying for you at this time Shirley and family. We have some good memories of time spent with you two in years gone by. And also remembering the time when little Devin was born when God brought you through a difficult time. God is faithful, and He will be your strength once again. Love in Jesus.
