DAVID ALLEN LAURENT, 62, a resident of Sedro-Woolley, passed away on Wednesday December 29, 2004 at the Seattle Medical & Rehab Center.
Davis was born on July 4, 1942 in Sedro-Woolley, WA, the son of Victor & Evadina Foster Laurent, Sr. He was raised and attended school in the Rockport and Marblemount area. In his youth he worked at the local canneries and at Draper Valley Farms in Mount Vernon.
David spent most of his adult life in the Seattle area where he worked in building maintenance. He returned to Sedro-Woolley in 2001.
He is survived by his sister and brother, Marguerite and Bill Laurent and his longtime friend and companion, Jerry Pickard, all of Sedro-Woolley. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Victor Laurent, Jr. and his sister, Mary Laurent on Dec. 9, 2004. There will be no funeral services. Private inurnment will be at the Sedro-Woolley Union Cemetery. Cremation arrangements under direction of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
