Doris Van Fleet, 86, died peacefully on August 16, 2010.

Doris was born in Walsall, England on May 7, 1924, as the eldest of five
daughters.

She joined the Royal Navy when she turned 18. She married Enrico
Musatti in 1943 and gave birth to her only child, Lucille, in Rome in 1947.
She moved to the United States in 1951, and later married Ray Van Fleet and
moved to Sedro-Woolley. She ran her own accounting business for 40 years and was practicing until May.
Doris was a member of the Episcopalian church, the League of Women Voters,
an avid reader, and enjoyed tennis and golf.
She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and will be missed by all.  Doris
is survived by her sisters Betty, Pat, Stella, daughter Lucille, step
daughters Larayne, Deloris, and several grandchildren and great
grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 AM, Saturday, September 18, at Central United Methodist Church, 1013 Polte Road, Sedro-Woolley.
