She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Gibbs in 1991, son-in-law David Elsberg in 2006, and brother-in-law Chuck Gallagher in 2009.

Edith was an avid football fan of the Sedro-Woolley Cubs and Seattle Seahawks.  She also enjoyed watching her brother drive at Skagit Speedway.  Edith enjoyed camping and fishing at Lake McMurray with her husband Ernie and spending time with her grandchildren.  She will always be remembered for her giving spirit and loving heart.
