My grandma was a wonderful person who helped any way she could. I have a lot of great memories of my grandma and she was a big influence on my life. I used to love to hear all her stories about growing up. I remember in middle school I did a project about my grandma’s life and it was so fun to show people where my grandma grew up, and traveled, and how she was so important to me and my family. She will be missed but the memories i have of her will stay with me forever. Her spirit lives on around us, through the things she has taught us and the good times that we will remember with her.

    Grandson,

Thinking of my cousins today as we celebrate the life of there mother and my aunt. She used to can the best meat I have ever tasted, all you had to do was ask and she would bring out the canned meat and then go out to her garden and pick some potatoes and serve up a mighty tasty meal. Like my sister said, we are going to miss seeing her at the family functions. May the memories you have comfort you in this time of sorrow.

    Love you all,

    Dear Family and Church family,
I wanted to be able to attend the funeral for Sis Edith, but am not able to. I and my wife were able to be in Sis Edith’s home for a visit last November with her Pastor Bro Jacob Doran. We had a nice visit with her and her sister came to visit her at the same time. We had a wonderful time together and I got my guitar out and we sang some songs together. It was so nice to be there and we were hoping to be back to visit again, but the Lord had other plans for her. We will have to wait for our appointed time to join her with the Master for eternity. I know she will be missed by her family and the local church congregation also. We pray the Lord Jesus Christ will be with you all and comfort you in this time of sorrow and yet a praise that our Sister in the Lord has run her race faithfully to the end.

    God be with you all.

    To My cousins and families,

Thinking of you during this difficult time.
I will miss seeing aunt Edith at functions. There was never a time that she did not go out of her way to ask me “how I was doing” no matter how bad she was feeling!
