Euvone E. ‘Bonnie’ Watts passed away Monday, July 1, 2002 at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley, WA at the age of 89 years. She was born May 2, 1913 in Lewis, Kansas the daughter of Ernest and Bertha Keller. Bonnie grew up in Kansas and later resided in Whatcom County for many years before moving to Sedro-Woolley 23 years ago. She was married to Orville Dougan for many years and he preceded her in death in 1975. On January 15, 1980 she was married to Earnest Watts in Columbia, SC. She loved her gardening and flowers and visiting with her family and friends. Bonnie is survived by her husband Earnest Watts of the family home in Sedro-Woolley. A son Arthur and his wife Maryanne Dougan of Bellingham. 3 step daughters Linda and her husband Paul Blaylock of Sedro-Woolley, Nan and her husband Frank Johnson of Montana, and Peggy Wake of Sedro-Woolley. 2 step sons Earnest and his wife Shiela Watts Jr of Sedro-Woolley and Rick and his wife Peggy Watts of Concrete. Numerous step grandchildren, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Orville Dougan, a son Ronald Dougan, a daughter Wanda Dougan Olsen, and a brother Lloyd Keller.
A Graveside Inurnment Service will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2002 at 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery 5977 Northwest Drive, in Ferndale, WA with James Cannon officiating. Memorials are suggested to the Sedro-Woolley Senior Center at 715 Pacific St., Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284. Arrangements and Cremation under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
