Our condolences to the family
Francine you are truly a beautiful woman. I met you very briefly in the waiting room of the Skagit Valley Hospital one evening in August 2018. You seemed like a very special person.
I wish all of your family God’s comfort in your loss. May you treasure her memory forever.
