Freda M. Denney passed away Monday, February 3, 2003 at her home in Sedro-Woolley at the age of 91 years. She was born July 31, 1911 in Seattle, WA, the daughter of Alfred C. and Lillian Clausen Kelly. Freda grew up in West Seattle and later resided in Tacoma, Seattle, and Everett before coming to Sedro-Woolley in 1973. She enjoyed reading, reading scripture and books.
Freda is survived by her son, Cleon Denney and his wife Rita of Oak Harbor. 2 grandchildren, Marnie Fox and Troy Denney, and 3 great grandchildren Bridgett and Brittany Fox and Cleon Denney. 1 brother Melvin Kelly and his wife Dorcas of Sedro-Woolley.
Private family graveside services will be Friday, February 7, 2003 at the Sedro-Woolley Union Cemetery with Ron Calkins officiating.
