Gloria Jean McDonald, age 73, a longtime resident of Bow, Washington passed away at home March 9, 2023.  She was born July 22, 1949, in Reedsburg, Wisconsin to Paul and Dorothy (Richert) Wagner.

Gloria met Doug McDonald in middle school who became her high school sweetheart, and they married July 19, 1968, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Sedro-Woolley.  Gloria was a longtime member of the North Cascades Fuchsia Society.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Doug; children, Raymond D. (Carmen Ramsey) McDonald, Russell J. (Denise) McDonald and Christpher M. (Samantha) McDonald; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; siblings, Barb (Martin) VanRensum, Donna (Jerry) Greenwell, Cheryl Bates, Kathy (John) VanderPol, Becky (Mick Malcolm) Hoyle, Paul Lewis Wagner, Frank (Rachael) Wagner and Crystal Wagner; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ronald; sister, Paula.

A Celebration of Life will be held April 22, 2023, at the Sedro-Woolley Eagles from 1pm-5pm.  Share your memories of Gloria and sign the online guest register.
