Helen Vanita Kleiven, was born in Hoquiam, WA on Sep. 22, 1926 and died in Everett on May 31, 2011.

Helen is now enjoying Eternal Life with the Lord she loved and served.

She was a graduate of Hoquiam High, class of 1945 and NW Bible College in Seattle, class of 1950.

She was employed for 26 years at Rayonier Paper Mill and also taught 7 years at Central Indian Bible College.

Survivors include a sister, Elsie May Metcalf and husband Stanley and brother, Harvey Ellis Kleiven and wife Margrette. A cousin, Hugo Carlson, Jr. and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her parents, Samuel Elias & Lisa Wilhelmina (Laxen) Kleiven; brother, Edwin Milton Kleiven; aunt & uncle, Hulda & Hugo Carlson, Sr. and cousin, Nancy Clarey.

A Going Home Memorial Service will be held at the Lyman Cemetery on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 11:00 AM.  Arrangements under direction of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
