James “Jim” Lawrence Moen, Jr., 76, passed away May 17, 2021 in Mount Vernon, Washington. He was born September 27, 1944 in Mount Vernon, to James and Shirley (Lindbloom) Moen.
Jim proudly served in the US Army from 1963 to 1965.
Jim is survived by his wife, Marsha; children, James (Madison) Moen, III, April (fiancée, Jeff Parry) Habel and Miranda Moen; grandchildren, Autumn and Will Habel, Brady and Emma Moen, and Rylan Windhorst; sisters, Lynn (Howard) Weymouth, Susan (Bob) Kimple and Denise Ball-Reitan; stepmother, Betty Moen; his beloved dog, Biscuit.
