Deepest condolences to all of June’s family. I am so saddened to here of her passing from this life in to God’s Heavenly Kingdom. She will reside there with all whom have gone before her, and in a deep peace.
I have very fond memories of June and I in High School, and all the times we sang together. We went to State Competition one year for singing, and I believe it was “Somewhere over the Rainbow” that we received an “EXCELLENT” rating. That was something to be proud of. I talked of it for years and occasionally it still comes up. June was a wonderul person. When we’d run into each other, we always had pleny to talk about. I will miss those days, but will always hold on to the memories. She had a beautiful voice and is now singing in the heavens, in God’s glorious choir. Rest in perfect peace June. Prayers are with all the family as you mourn and will miss her.

So sorry to hear about June, I moved from Washington 47 years ago but will always remember the sweet memories we shared in our little town. I remember well going to her beautiful wedding, and selling Christmas cards to her after she married, we had most recently connected up on facebook. The most important thing is knowing that we will all see her again in our heavenly home. The family will be in my thoughts and prayers

    David, Matt, and Caryn:
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of June. David, I wish I had made a better effort to visit with you all before she passed. You all always made me feel at home when I was visiting and I enjoyed reminiscing about Tarheels and early childhood memories. June could remember a lot more than me. May God bless each of you and help you through this trying time.
