Larry R. Robinson a lifetime resident of Sedro-Woolley passed away Saturday, May 24, 2003 at his home at the age of 56 years. He was born March 31, 1947 in Sedro-Woolley, WA the son of Robert ‘Pinky’ and Zelda
Wilde Robinson. Larry grew up and attended school in Sedro-Woolley graduating with the class of 1965. He attended Skagit Valley College for two years and in 1967 he served with the US Navy in Vietnam for 13 months in the Mobile Reverine Force on the USS Askari ARL-30. He returned to Sedro-Woolley and worked as the manager of Oliver & Hammer Clothes Shop with his father Pinky Robinson for many years. He was married to Patricia Kaaland on February 23, 1968 in Burlington. Larry enjoyed riding his Harley, spending time at the beach house in Oak Harbor and he was looking forward to kayaking this summer. He is survived by his wife Patricia of the family home in Sedro-Woolley. 3 daughters: LeAnne Robinson and her husband Jeff Hegedus of Bellingham and grandson Jonah Trople, Carmen Robinson of Bellingham, and Krista Robinson of Sedro-Woolley. .
Graveside Services will be Thursday, May 29, 2003 at 11:00AM at the Sedro-Woolley Union Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 28 from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM. Military Honors will be presented by George Baldridge Post #43 American Legion. Arrangements and Services under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
