I will forever have Maria in my heart. We shared many fun times together. Garage sales on Friday, taking our kids with us, never buying anything, but always stopping at Shakeys or Big Scoop to eat. Maria and I piling all the kids in the car to go see Merle Haggard and Ricky Nelson. Me, Chuck, Jeff and Darin camping at Baker Lake. Julius, Maria, Tina, Alina and Luisa would come up and visit. We would all sit by the campfire and Maria made sure it was a huge fire. This is where what we all call, even to this day, ” A Maria Fire ” originated from. I will miss Maria very much, but I will see her again someday. With heartfelt sympathy, Love, Kathy

The world lost a beautiful, loving and sweet soul but heaven certainly gained an angel. The first time I met Momma, she engulfed me in a loving and warm embrace, as if we had known each other for years, not just meeting for the first time. Her genuine love for people could be seen in her smile and the way her eyes would light up with conversations. Her warm embrace made you feel loved, accepted and safe. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. Thank you Momma for your love.

There are people that, when you meet them, are steeped in the superficial, vested in impressions and quantity of “friendships”, disregarding quality. The moment I met Maria, I felt her positivity, her energy, her incredible spirituality, her unselfishness, and her willingness to share her insights to me to help make me a better person. And that little lady sure could shoot from the hip. I think I could use a little of that strength! Thank you Maria! Enjoy yourself! You deserve it sweety!

I first met Maria at Hamilton when we were teenagers. There was a party at george rushes house to introduce her to the Hamilton kids. It was not long until she fit right in with the Hamilton bunch. She was always so caring and a good friend during the years we were growing up. As I drove school
bus I seen her often and she always had a big smile on her face. The kids at lyman loved her. She loved the Lord and is in the arms of Jesus and out of pain. Julius and family , you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Oh my dearest momma, I miss you already more than words can say. Life has changed as we knew it. We must go on and this time without your help. I love you so much and I am so grateful for all the things that you have taught me. I’m going to have to work on a few things though. Like, fear and not worrying. Thank you for always accepting my friends and nurturing everyone you met. You are second to none. Well momma I could go on and on but you already know all this because you have been my best friend for years. Just trying to fathom all of this past nine months. Love you forever! Till we meet again my beautiful momma. You are and also will be the true meaning of LOVE inside and out! Your loving daughter Tina Jewel Christina Rexroth
