Marian Louise Gruver, age 84, a longtime resident of Sedro-Woolley, passed away on October 21, 2010, at the Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley.

She was born March 16, 1926 in Wenatchee, Washington to Lewis and Millie (Attebery) Gruver.  Marian moved to Sedro-Woolley in 1936 with her family and attended school, graduating from Sedro-Woolley High School in 1943.  She worked with her parents and sister, Geraldine at Mt. Baker Hardware Store for many years.

Marian will be remembered for her ability to make people laugh and she will be missed by her caregivers, Carol, Trudy, Kellie, and Candie.

Marian is survived by several cousins.  She is preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Geraldine Gruver.

At her request, no services will be held and interment will be in the Sedro-Woolley Union Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the care of Lemley Chapel.
