Marie Kathryn Watson passed away Friday, April 4, 2003 at the Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, WA at the age of 75 years. She was born June 10, 1927 in Lynden, WA the daughter of Ralph and Emma Thallhimes Brink. Marie grew up in Ferndale where she attended school. For the past 65 years she has resided in Sedro-Woolley. She was married to Floyd Watson in Sedro-Woolley in 1963 and for many years she worked for a Mount Vernon Laundry. Marie enjoyed knitting, crocheting, crossword puzzles, and years ago she bowled. She is survived by her husband Floyd Watson of Sedro-Woolley. 2 sons Jerry Bacus of Cloton, CA and Eddie Bacus of Sedro-Woolley and 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. At her request there will not be services. Inurnment will be at Hawthorne Memorial Park in Mount Vernon. Arrangements and cremation under the care of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
