Phyllis was Edith’s childhood best friend and they kept in touch all these years. She just found out about Phyllis passing away when her Christmas card was returned this year. She always talked highly of Phyllis and the things they did together as children. Any further information about Phyllis and her passing would be appreciated by Edith. Email ljcamacho@cox.net. thank you,

Many thanks to all who have offered so many kind words and memories of my grandma. Also a special thanks to Chuck Ruhl at Lemley’s for his help. For those who attended the graveside service and the gathering at her home, your presence meant so much. She was a very special lady who contributed immensely to my life, she will be dearly missed.

    Thank you Dennis and Nona,
My grandma was really one of a kind. She aborbed us into her family and taught us some fun things about rock hounding, jewelry making, diamond saws and walnuts. Grandpa talked to us about Gearhart Ford a few times. He also wrote a book of memoirs called “Memories of Clear Lake” I will always remember her clocks, angel food cake and hamburgers. You live close to us, we’re in Moses Lake. Thank you for your guest book entry. Kristine Irwin

Sorry to hear this news, however, my wife and I knew Phyllis and Chuck to be really great folks. To us they were warm, mild, friendly and knew how to look out for things that needed it. My late father, Blake R. Thompson, Jr., often talked of Chuck with favor; they worked together at Gearhart Ford.
