PHYLLIS I. ‘BOM’ MIDDLETON, 83, a resident of Sedro-Woolley, passed away at her home on Friday, January 06, 2006 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on July 3, 1922 in Woonsocket, South Dakota, and there was raised and attended school.
She later moved to the Seattle area where during WW II she helped in the war effort by assembling tanks.
In 1946 she was united in marriage to Earl Middleton in Seattle and they made their home there until 1977 when they moved to Sedro-Woolley. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and being there for her family was her focus.
Phyllis is survived by her 3 children and their spouses, Jerry & Micheline Middleton of Sedro-Woolley, Paul & Rosanne Middleton of Sultan, WA and Leslie & Bob Craig of Prescott Valley, AZ. 1 brother, Boyd Coleman of Woodinville, WA; 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl in 2003, a son, Larry in 1998, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
At her request there will be no funeral services. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
