He was a proud member of the American Legion Post 43 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Sedro-Woolley.

Bob was an avid outdoorsman, and he especially enjoyed spending time at the family cabin at Day Creek, fishing for steelhead. He cherished his family and his friends, always making time for those he loved.

Bob is survived by his son, James (Linda) Green; grandchildren, Eric (Tina) Benjamin, Bryan Benjamin, Will Green, and Sarah Green; sister, Patty Green; great granddaughter Mia Mohr; as well as numerous other nieces and nephews. Kindest gentleman I’ve ever known. Great memories of floating the Skagit with Bob, braving the elements in pursuit of a winter Steelhead. He never hesitated to set his rod down and offer me assistance as I struggled to re-tie my leader with frozen (10 year old kid ) fingers. Huge Cubs Wrestling fan! Prayers for Jimmy and the family!

  • Jo Snell Cruse
