My favorite Russ memory was my 1st day at the cannery. The initiation was having a bucket of guts poared in your boots.
Glad we got to say so long last month. You looked like shit LOL. What’s new for our type 🙂
. Thanks for the place to stay in Belize and the introduction down there.
Remembering the Stonetones days. Good times.
    Rest well friend.

    I’m Sorry for your loss.
I met Russ in the mid 70’s thru my friend and MV classmate John Savage.
I played with John and Russ in the “Stonetones”, for about 5 or 6 years. I considered Russ a good friend and he influenced me greatly regarding the type of music to listen to and play… the Blues.
I worked in the medical field and would occasionally cross paths with Russ over the years. I always enjoyed time with him and regret not having more.
    Best wishes to you all.
