I met Sandy years ago when I joined a local doll group. We became good friends, and we went to doll shows and sales down in Puyallup at the fairgrounds. We had a doll yard sale, and I commissioned some dolls and doll clothes that she made. She was a fantastic seamstress. We even did a few doll swaps, and I bought dolls from her on occasion.
I moved away a few years back and we kept in touch for a while but lost touch after a bit. I have been thinking about calling her recently but never did.
I am saddened to read that she has passed away. She will be missed.
    My condolences to her family.
