Sandra Gene (McRae) Cook, 69, of Hamilton, WA passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2014 in Sedro Woolley.
She was born January 14, 1945 to Wilbert R McRae and Veronica (Stegmiller) McRae, in Denver, Colorado. She married Wyman “Bud” Cook September 18, 1976.
Sandi is survived by her mother, Veronica McRae, Burlington; brothers Don McRae, Sedro Woolley and Gerry McRae, Sedro Woolley; sisters, Rebecca (Paul) Murphy, Oak Harbor and Chris (David) Prescott, Burlington; stepchildren, Mike Cook, Sequim; Ted (Lavonne) Cook, Day Creek; Julie (Mike) Stockton, Mt. Vernon, and Cindy, (Gary Griffith) Samuelsen, Burlington; numerous nieces, nephews, grandkids, great-grandkids, great-great grandchild and Special Grand Nephew Patrick Johnson, Hamilton.
She is preceded in death by her husband, “Bud” Cook; father, WR “Mac” McRae; brother, Patrick W McRae; and nephew, Ryan M Prescott.
At Sandi’s request no service will be held. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Chapel, Sedro-Woolley.
I liked sandi and working with her at the nursing home, she always had a good attitude,
a kind smile and got a lot done!

Sandi loved Hamilton she moved there in its hayday. She will be missed.
