Dear Michele and Michael….I have not seen Sheila for many years. However, I have nothing but great memories, fun and laughter, from being with her. You two sometimes accompanied her to our softball games and tournaments, so I have memories of you both also! Your mom was our scorekeeper, the best in the business. Our team had so much fun and she was an integral part of it. I also bowled with Sheila. We were State Champions one year, a remarkable fete for five very common housewives. We all bowled out of our trees that weekend. I loved your mom…she just said it like it was. Proud to have been her friend….and she was so very proud of you both.

I miss you so much already sheila my friend. I asked tim when he went to go see you if he would just kindly whisper in your ear that I was sorry for our fallouts a couple times that we had them and to tell you that I love you and that I will miss you. You tim and I were such good friends to the point that we called each other family. I’m glad you were a part of my life sheila and I will never forget all the talks we had about life…my kids…your kids…and about GOD . You will always be in my heart sheila…till we meet again my good friend….Rest easy sheila you are now free from pain and all hurt. Talk with you again someday.

I thank you for the backbone you gave me. You always told us to speak our minds, those who matter won’t mind and those that don’t probably needed to hear the truth!
No matter how old I got, I knew if I needed to have you hold me, you were there. I will miss the good times we had.
Now what am I suppose to do when I just need my mom?
I’m happy you are finally free of all the chains that binded you while you were here. Fly my beautiful Mom!
