We know that Shirley is home with her Savior where she longed to be someday. This world however, will be empty without her love and beautiful smile. She was a wonderful person to know. If someone asked what a person looked like that followed Christ, Shirley was one that would definitely come to mind. Our prayers are with the Claybo family and her large extended family. We will miss her so very much. I thank God that she had been apart of our lives. The Spaeth Family.

My condolences to the entire family. Our hearts grieve with yours. Grandma Shirley was the only grandma my daughter had. She stayed at grandma Shirley’s as much as home because her BFF Tyler lived with her. She was one of the most Altruistic people I’ve ever known in my life. She had to be taking care or careing for others. I know she was lonely and missed her beloved Jr. So she filled that hole with giving. She had such an unshakable faith, her influence on me was restoring my faith. She would know she was winning and start that grin of confidence- like I gotcha! then tell me she needs another hug. Lol. She was truly an Angel among us. Now gone home. I know she has that beaming smile on , looking down on us.

You had a heart for Christ that was made of gold, and in everything you did, his love shined so brightly through you. When I think of you, I will always think of you as my granny. You went out of your way to make sure I knew that I was accepted by you, and for that I am thankful. I will miss your uplifting posts on Facebook. Rest peacefully at the feet of our Heavenly Father, in the arms of your true love.
