Tammy Lemieux

Saturday, January 8th, 2022

Tammy “Tami” Alberta Lemieux, age 62, passed away January 8, 2022, in Sedro-Woolley, Washington.  She was born May 18, 1959, in Lynnwood, WA to Ernest (Ernie) and Elaine (Roloff) Niemonen.

Tami moved to Sedro-Woolley in 1989 where she raised her two kids, Marshall and Kelli.  She loved sports when she was younger, especially softball, and played well into her adult years on a Co-Ed softball team where she met and made many friends.  She loved all things gardening and you could always find her digging in the dirt.  Tami was very involved in youth sports with her kids as well as a coach and mentor to many others.  As a sports lover, Tami also enjoyed watching the Mariners and Seahawks and almost never missed a game.  But, Tami’s biggest achievement in life was graduating from “Mom” to “Grammy Tami” when her grandson, Lincoln, was born.  It was never a dull moment when those two were around each other as they enjoyed playing cars, coloring and eating a snack together.

Tami is survived by her daughter, Kelli and husband, Dan Bryson of Sedro-Woolley; one grandson, Lincoln Bryson and two step grandsons, Tyler and Adam Bryson; sisters, Debra Niemonen of Lynnwood and Judy (Dave) Mozingo of Shoreline, WA; brother, Mike Niemonen of Shoreline; niece, Brianne Berger and family (Aaron Stevens Sr. & Aaron Stevens Jr.) and nephew, Tyler Niemonen.

She was preceded in death by her son, Marshall Lemieux and her parents, Ernie and Elaine Niemonen.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00, Friday, February 4, 2022, at Lemley Chapel, Pastor Jim Cannon presiding.  Share your memories of Tami and sign the online guest register.

All my memories of Tami are precious. She was a wonderful person who reached out across the miles to connect with her small town cousin. She will always be in my heart. ❤️
