Teri Klinger-Thomson, 64, when she passed away at her home in San Blas, Mexico Wednesday, September 3, 2024. She was born on November 16, 1959 in Renton, WA to Clayton Klinger and Nancy Straight. Teri was the oldest of three children.
Teri became a mother to Brandon in July 1979, and then again to Kalib in August of 1982. Being a mother was Teri’s great joy in life until she became a grandmother to Levi in 2006 and Liam in 2010. Teri loved her family and friends and loved the beach. She retired from Boeing after 28yrs in 2013. She decided she wanted to spend her days on the beach every day, so she eventually made her way down to Mexico where she resided for more than 8yrs.
Teri was survived by both of her parents, Nancy (Morris) Wiseman and Clayton (Fran) Klinger; sons, Brandon (Cristina) Dotson, Kalib (Jenn) Dotson; brother, Gary (Cari) Ensley; sister, Tracy Channing; her grandsons, Levi Dotson, Liam Dotson; uncle, Steve (Peg) Straight.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Dot and grandfather, Clarance Straight, grandfather, Clayton, Lila Klinger; several extended family members.
A celebration of life will be held at the Sedro-Woolley Eagles on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. The family would like to get her friends and family together to celebrate Teri and share some memories. In lieu of flowers the family asks you donate to the charity of your choice. What a beautiful long time friend Teri was. She truly had a winning smile that I will miss upon seeing her on visits “home.” Our sympathies to her beloved boys, and grandsons and her lovely Mom, Nancy. I will cherish my memories with her until we meet again. Prayers for your family. Love Mandy
