Vicki Lynn (Hooper) White, age 47, of Sedro-Woolley, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, February 16, 2017, from a rare lung disease. Vicki was born on June 24, 1969 to Charles Gordon and Clara May (Handy) Hooper in Sedro-Woolley, Washington.
Vicki graduated from Sedro-Woolley High School in 1987. She enjoyed playing the clarinet and other instruments in band. She was also a varsity cheerleader for two years. She also adored her niece and nephew and made a point to make memories with them. Vicki was an avid Seahawks fan. If you were within a 5 mile radius you would have been able to hear her cheering during a game. One of her best friends was Lilly, her devoted, over protective Beagle. In 2005, Vicki was diagnosed with a rare lung disease, LAM. In 2015 she was diagnosed with Huntington’s disease. She fought a hard fight right up to the end. Vicki wanted to help others so she donated her lung tissue to research in hopes of finding a cure for this awful disease.
