Annie Faye Broom, 90, a resident of Sedro-Woolley, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
Annie was born on January 1, 1927 in Tuckasegee, North Carolina the daughter of Ira Alonzo and Lillie Mae (Shook) Brown.
Annie was united in marriage to Luther V. Broom on October 14, 1950 in South Carolina and they moved to Washington in 1960.
Annie is survived by her son, Mike (Joan) Broom of Kent, WA; grandsons, Kevin (Emily) Broom of Black Diamond, WA and Justin (Ness) Broom of Snohomish, WA; great- grandchildren, Sawyer and Ellis Broom of Black Diamond, WA; nephews, Joel and Wayne; niece, Glenda and great-nieces Carla and Angie, and their families.
Annie was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Mary, Rachael and Eva, and her husband, Luther.
Mike and family extend a special thank you to Terry and Fred Lienhard for the loving care given to Annie.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Hamilton Cemetery.
Will miss her. Loved her phone calls wanting to know all the news of home. Loved seeing her and Luther when they came home.
