I met Clifford Edwards while employed by the Upper Skagit Tribe a few years ago. He was a wonderful Triabal Elder and was very respected in the Upper Skagit Community. It was fun to see him interact with tribal members and others at the weekly Elder’s Lunches. Sometimes when I was at the Goodwill I would run into him on one of his junking trips. He really liked to find bargains. I feel it was a privilege to have known him. Blessings to his family and many friends. Judy Argyle
