Helen D. Anderson, 94, a resident of Sedro-Woolley, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at Birchview Memory Care.
She was born on September 10, 1912 in Fredonia, Iowa, the daughter of William Ryerson & Mary Olive Knott DeWitt.
Helen was raised in Columbus Junction, Iowa where she attended school.
At the age of 16 she was united in marriage to George Melvin Holland and they made their home and raised their four children in Columbus Junction.
George worked the family farm and Helen made home made pies that she would sell to the local caf
