Our beloved son, brother and friend, Shawn Trae Foster, a lifelong Sedro-Woolley resident, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 5, 2007. He was 36 years of age.
Shawn was born in Mount Vernon, Washington on December 26, 1970, the son of James & Sally Fisher Foster.

Shawn worked in the woods as a choker setter, and chaser for several local logging companies for several years. He then worked at the Goodyear Nelson Lumber mill until going to work doing plant maintenance and as a pipe fitter at the Tesoro and Shell refineries in Anacortes.
Shawn was an avid fisherman and hunter, anxiously awaiting the opening of each season and was always in pursuit of that trophy size bass or buck.
